Vividz sits inside KL Wellness City, the first wellness city in Southeast Asia.
- Pavilion Bukit Jalil is 1.4km away, about a five minute drive
- A shuttle bus runs to the mall and to the LRT station

Good to know
- Leasehold and commercial land use. Vividz is leasehold on Commercial (HDA) land. Ask me what this means for your loan and your plans, so there are no surprises later.
- Completion in Q1 2029. It is a new launch, so you have time to plan your payments. It also means you will not be moving in soon.
- Size of the development. With 1,138 homes, ask how the lifts and facilities are planned for that many residents.
- The surroundings. Ask what is already in the area and what is planned, so you know what daily life looks like on the day you move in.
